RSPCA Woodside Animal Facility staff members arrived at job one early morning to see a dog tied to the front entrance. They really did not recognize how long she had actually existed, but the dog sure was happy to see someone.

Misty’s rib were showing, and she was suffering from a skin condition and had some cuts on her nose. However shelter workers were happy that she was currently someplace safe and can leave that rough, neglected life behind her.

They found that Misty was microchipped, yet she ‘d been rehomed numerous years ago. And currently here she was abandoned outside of a shelter.

Deserting an animal, even beyond a shelter, is never the answer. However Misty gets on her method to a much better life. The RSPCA is hoping the general public can help with their investigation.
