Alex prepared to give up. He was severely emaciated, dehydrated, exhausted, and had wounds on his body filled with maggots.
He was dying.
And the most awful part was he was stuck in a remote location on the side of a roadway, with no way of being able to run away on his very own. He was using a collar with a long chain, which is just how he obtained stuck. To make issues worse, he couldn’t be seen from the road. The chances of him being rescued in time were slim to none.
But little did he know, his life was about to get so much far better and his past would no longer haunt him.
A person called Alex (whom Alex the pup is called after), found the fading pup when he was cleaning the location. He immediately called Feed Friends Foundation, a local animal rescue, for aid.
They agreed to take him in and located a fantastic foster in Alle Hadoc to care for him as he healed both physically and mentally.
His road to healing would certainly be long and arduous, but Alex nor his team of supporters would certainly give up.
While living at his foster, he satisfied new canines and kitties who showed him the ropes and helped him along the way. Alex was such a sweet dog and loved every person and animal he met.
As time took place, Alex began to recover inside and out. The injury on his body recovered, and so did the one on his heart.
Once he was fully recovered, he found a loving permanently home where he is currently enjoying his 2nd possibility at life!
