Two young puppies were discovered thrown out in a park in Philly, near death.
Layla, among the pit bulls, was snuggled up next to her friend, Gracie, that was so cold, to protect her. According to officer Russ Harper, she never leaves her side.
The cops saved the canines by using his girlie voice to make them feel comfortable. She took them to the vet because they were half-dead!

Fortunately, the vet was able to save Gracie’s life after administering some fluids to her. The pit bulls will have to remain at the vet for a few even more days to recover. Thank you to Russ for rescuing these 2 helpless critters.
