Anonymous Idea Leads To The Rescue Of 140 Dogs On North Carolina Property

An anonymous tip was hired to the Cabarrus County Constable’s Workplace in North Carolina leading to the rescue of 140+ animals at a puppy mill.

Once it was determined that further activity was required, the Humane Culture was contacted to assist rescue the canines.

When they arrived on the property, rescuers discovered the pets living in terrible, unsanitary conditions.

The neglected canines were pulled from their rusty cages and transferred to a short-term emergency sanctuary where they will certainly receive the treatment they need.
