Miracles are unusual to come by these days. But there’s nothing else way to describe the abandoned pup that nearly passed away after being abandoned in a dumpster on Christmas Day.
According to WSBTV, someone heard the tiny dog’s cries for aid and phoned the police. Officers concerned find a cold, starving canine covered in a rubbish bag and mercilessly thrown like garbage. The dog was transported to an Atlanta animal hospital, but she was in such bad condition that no one knew if she would live.
” She was iced up almost solid and Doc believed three times he was going to need to put her down,” claimed Penny Jenkins, a supervisor at Atlanta West Vet Hospital, where vets rushed to save the young dog. “But she kept on fighting and so did we,” claimed Jenkins, whose colleagues decided to call the rescued dog Miracle.
Cops are still looking for the heartless individual who abandoned this pup on Christmas Day, leaving it to freeze to fatality.
