Abandoned Dog With Broken Spirit Healed After Rescuer's Kind Touch

This dog was spotted hiding under a trailer in Compton in Los Angeles. Next-door neighbors informed Eldad Hagar and Annie Hart that his owners had moved away a year ago and left him behind.

The bad, small dog had overgrown, matted fur, was terrified when he was approached and flinched at human touch. But within minutes of being captured, it was as if “Theo” remembered what it was like to be loved despite his broken heart.

His change has been incredible!
